ESTE Origins
As a kid, it seemed that the more I tried to pursue what I loved, the more I felt like an outsider. I wanted to be a smart enough kid to be liked by all and disliked by none.
For years, after decades as an aerospace engineer and nanotechnologist, I searched for a framework that helped me overcome a sea of fixed-minded thinkers.
After realizing that there is a connection between interests and careers and the four primary ways we think, I created the ESTE Framework (Entrepreneur, Scientist, Technologist, and Engineer) to help others discover and trust their natural curiosity and interests, nurture them, and protect them from stereotypes, gender, any other bias, and fixed mindset.
The ESTE Framework is the solution to the problem many of us encounter: it’s time we stop trying to fit into a one-size-fits-all expectation and start being proud to stand out for our unique skills.
