As children grow, it can become more challenging to meet them where they are while also respecting their boundaries so that we can remain in their circle of influence.

Many “career personality assessments” that students commonly encounter are based on social constructs where girls are divided into the social side of the framework, and boys are divided into the non-social side.

One of the most prominent effects of these assessments is reflected in girls having less access to traditionally male-dominated careers.

Today’s society is much more accepting of the concept that jobs are best performed by people who enjoy doing the work; gender is not a factor when choosing hobbies, building social relationships, or developing career interests.

To meet this modern view, ESTE Leverage has developed a Self-Assessment for youth between the ages of 9 and 13 that aims to be free of traditional gender bias. The result: empowered youth who feel supported and able to thrive in the areas where they feel most reward and accomplishment.

Discovering Your Super-Powers with ESTE Leverage is a Simple Process:

  1. Purchase your assessment and click the link that was emailed to you.

  2. You and your child will each take the ESTE Self-Assessment (about 20 minutes).

  3. Within one business day, results and two detailed reports will be emailed to you.

  4. Enjoy reading your results and sharing differences and similarities with the child in your life!

  • After you’ve made your purchase, you can access the ESTE Self-Assessment at your convenience. When you’re ready, follow the link in your email. The self-assessment will take approximately 15-20 minutes.

    Immediately following your assessment, you will learn about your Avatar. Within one business day, you will receive an email with your personalized Professional Affirmation Roadmap and Resource Guide.
