ESTE Origins
As a kid, it seemed like the more I tried to pursue what I loved, the more I felt like an outsider and master alienator. I wanted to be a smart enough kid to be liked by all, disliked by no one.
For years, after decades as an aerospace engineer and scientist, I searched for a framework that helped me overcome a sea of fixed-minded thinkers.
After realizing that there is a connection between interests and careers and the four primary ways we think, I created the ESTE Framework (Entrepreneur, Scientist, Technologist, and Engineer) to help others discover and trust their natural curiosity and interests, nurture them, and protect them from stereotypes, gender, and any other bias and fixed mindset.

We are launching the ESTE’s Psychometric Self-Assessment at an introductory cost of $20. This is the right choice for any individual self-assessment.
The Caregiver and Youth Package includes two Self-Assessments: Adult and Youth. $39.

The ESTE Self-Assessment is based on over a century of psychological research in personality and innovation. ESTE has taken this historic reference data, applied modern theories, and removed limitations that added confirmation bias or stereotype.
