Three Dimensions for Lifelong Growth.
ENERGY & ALIGNMENT AUDIT
A practice to explore what energizes you
Purpose
Every day, you make hundreds of decisions about where to focus your attention and energy. Some activities leave you feeling engaged and motivated, while others require significantly more effort to accomplish. This Practice will help you recognize those patterns so you can explore opportunities that align with the way you naturally think, connect, and contribute.
Before You Begin
As you complete this Practice, remember that no activity is inherently "good" or "bad." Most roles require a mix of responsibilities. The goal is not to eliminate challenging work, but to recognize where your abilities naturally create energy and where you may benefit from additional planning, support, or collaboration.
The Practice
For the next five workdays, take a few moments at the end of each day to reflect on the activities that occupied most of your attention. Rather than evaluating your performance, simply notice how each activity affected your energy and engagement. Log your reflections for five days.

The Road Ahead
Choose one opportunity during the next two weeks to intentionally spend more time using the abilities that naturally energize you. If your role includes activities that consistently feel demanding, consider one small adjustment you could make. That might include preparing differently, collaborating with someone whose abilities complement yours, or approaching the task from a different perspective.
Small, intentional adjustments often lead to rewarding professional growth. Continue noticing where your abilities create energy, and look for opportunities to build more of those experiences into your work.
